Accessibility Statement

Thence House Group, brokered by Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, wants everyone to be able to use thencehouse.com comfortably. That includes people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard, screen magnifier, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have done

• Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
• Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are on the page.
• Meaningful images include text descriptions.
• Pages use a clear heading structure, and a skip link lets you jump straight to the main content.
• Contact forms have labeled fields.
• Pages are designed to work on phones, tablets and computers.

How we check

We review the site with automated accessibility testing and manual checks of keyboard navigation, color contrast and layout on desktop and mobile. Our most recent full review was completed on September 29, 2026. We review new pages as they are added.

Known limitations

• Our Texas Real Estate Commission consumer notices are shown as images with short text descriptions. If you would like the full text in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
• Some content comes from outside services, such as links to Amazon, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google. We cannot control the accessibility of those sites.
