Mayfield Ranch
The original section, built from about 2003 to 2011, as reported. Builders included David Weekley, D.R. Horton, Grand Haven, Meritage, Newmark and Standard Pacific. Lots are mostly around 0.2 acres, with some larger, and the trees and landscaping have had time to mature.
Highlands at Mayfield Ranch
A newer section just to the north, built from about 2013 to 2021, as reported, with its own amenity center, pool and playground. Many streets end in cul de sacs, and greenbelts run through the neighborhood.
More nearby sections
Parkside at Mayfield Ranch, which some guides list under Georgetown, and the Preserve at Mayfield Ranch, a gated condo community with its own pool, also carry the Mayfield Ranch name. Their HOAs, schools and rules differ.
