The Neighbor Directory

Neighbors helping neighbors.

The Neighbor Directory is a members-only directory for River Ridge, San Gabriel Heights and Riverview. Join to find neighbors by name or address, search pet descriptions to help a lost pet get home, or discover a plumber, piano teacher or other helpful neighbor nearby.

Everyone is welcome, whether you have a business or simply want to stay connected. Share as much or as little as you like: contact details, a pet description, your address, or a business or skill. You choose what appears in your listing, and you can skip being listed entirely while still joining and searching the directory.

1

Join the list

Sign up below with an email, a phone number or both. Choose whether to have a directory listing, then share only the details you want neighbors to see. You can skip the listing entirely and still join and search the directory.

2

We review your request

A real person reviews every request by hand, usually within one to two days. If you asked to be listed, we add only the details you chose to share.

3

Get the password

Once your request is reviewed, we send the directory password by email or text, whether or not you are listed. It is not sent automatically, so please allow a day or two.

4

Browse and connect

Look through the directory and reach out to neighbors directly. Any hiring and payment happen between neighbors.

What members see

  • Your name, or your business name and category
  • A short description, if you have a business
  • Only the email or phone number you chose to share
  • Your street name or full address, only if you choose to show it

What we never share

  • Your address, unless you choose to show it
  • Any contact details you did not choose to list
  • Anything you give us only for updates

Good to know. The directory is free, and no one pays to be listed. You must be 18 or older to join. Addresses and street names appear only if you choose to share them, and you can remove them at any time, so share only what you are comfortable with neighbors seeing. Thence House Group does not endorse, recommend, verify or guarantee any listing, including licenses, insurance or quality of work, so neighbors should check those before hiring. Please keep the directory password within our neighbor community. To change or remove any part of your listing, including your address or street name, use the update form or email hello@thencehouse.com, and we will update it within a few days. We may edit or remove listings at our discretion.

Stay in the loop

Come on in, neighbor.

Leave your first name, neighborhood or community, and street address, plus an email, a phone number or both. Tell us whether you would like updates by email or text. We review every request by hand and will send you the directory password, usually within one to two days. Your address stays private unless you choose to show your street name or full address in the directory.
